Identifikasi Penggunaan Lori Rebusan Berdasarkan Preventive Maintenance Di Pt. Socfindo Senagan

Abstract

The performance of tools/machines in palm oil mills is very necessary for the results or production of a factory, so that good care is needed for these tools/machines. Lori is one of the tools that are needed at PT. Socfindo Senagan, namely as a means of transporting fresh fruit bunches from lodingram to the sterilizer station. Problems that often occur in lorries are damage to the shaft (axles) of the wheels, and to the bearings (berings) so it is necessary to identify the factors causing the damage, especially to the truck bushings and the effect of preventive maintenance on the performance of the bushings, so that the performance of the equipment is more maintained and durable. long. This research was conducted at PT. Socfindo Senagan. Data was collected by observation, interviews with lorry workshop operators and literature studies. The results of the study found that there were three factors causing the damage to the lorry, namely worn wheel shaft, lack of cleanliness in the area around the lorry and lack of control over the lorry. This study aims to maximize lorry performance and operate properly and the time in actual maintenance scheduling in the field needs to be reviewed.
