Analisis Penerapan Birokrasi Antikorupsi di Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nagan Raya

Abstract

The application of the anti-corruption bureaucracy is a mechanism to improve the quality of services at the Nagan Raya BPN office towards 4.0 administrative services. This research is motivated by the problems (1) How is the application of anti-corruption bureaucratic services at BPN Nagan Raya (2) Is the implementation of the anti-corruption bureaucratic service system able to overcome the bureaucratic pathology that existed before, the author's goal to conduct this research is to knowing how effective the application of anti-corruption bureaucracy is in reducing bureaucratic pathologies of extortion, corruption, collusion, and nepotism in the National Land Agency of Nagan Raya Regency. In this study using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, then the results of the research that the researcher has done at the Nagan Raya BPN office, by signing the integrity zone can make it easier for the community to take care of land ownership certificates without having to go through middlemen, they can be served directly without any In addition, all ASN and staff at the BPN Office must be able to serve the community well and honestly in managing the completeness of land certificates, so that a clean and reliable BPN can be realized in the community.
