Kebijakan Pemerintah Gampong Gunong Kleng Kabupaten Aceh Barat dalam Meningkatkan Penyuntikan Vaksin Bagi Masyarakat

Abstract

The central government's strategy in preventing the spread of Covid-19 is to implement a policy on injecting the Covid-19 vaccine to the entire community. The policy carried out by the Gunong Kleng Village government to be able to increase vaccine injections for the community is the implementation of a vaccine certificate as a requirement in management at the Gunong Kleng Village office. The purpose of this study was to analyze the policy of the village government of Gunong Kleng, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency in increasing vaccine injections for the community. The research method used is a qualitative research method through interview and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis uses the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results showed that the policy of the Gunong Kleng village government, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency could increase vaccine injections for the community. The village government has communicated with the community about the benefits of the Covid-19 vaccine for 2 (two) times. The resources used in this vaccine program policy are village officials who serve as the Covid-19 task force (The Task Force), health workers from the Muereubo Health Center and members from the Meureubo Police. At the disposition stage, what is done is to enforce a vaccine certificate as an absolute requirement that the community must fulfill, when the community needs administrative services and conditions for receiving social assistance from the government. While the bureaucratic structure adopted by the village government to provide vaccinations to the community in three stages, namely on 29 September 2021, 27 December 2021 and 06 January 2022.
