Analisis Kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Gampong (BUMG) Untuk Meningkatkan Ekonomi Desa Suak Puntong Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya Provinsi Aceh

Abstract

BUMG is a village business created and managed by the community and village government with the aim of strengthening the village economy in accordance with the needs and capacity of the village. In addition, the purpose of BUMG is to help the community improve the quality of the village economy, promote village welfare, and increase village original income. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of BUMG in Suak Puntong Village through indicators of quality, quantity, timing, effectiveness and independence. This study was based on a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results show that the current performance of BUMG in Suak Puntong Village is still considered very low. This can be seen from the BUMG business program that has not been able to run properly, the BUMG management who often delays the implementation of business programs, the lack of work experience of the BUMG management and the provision of facilities and infrastructure that are not yet qualified, and the level of discipline and initiative of the management is still low. The proposed improvement strategy that can be carried out by the BUMG of Suak Puntong Village in improving the village economy is to regularly hold BUMG management meetings, expand cooperation with the company, make strict regulations and sanctions from the regional government, provide training for BUMG management, provide facilities and infrastructure and styles. leadership that is able to influence the quality of performance of BUMG management.
