Komunikasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah Dalam Vaksinasi Covid 19 di Kabupaten Bengkalis

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Covid 19 condition which is still hitting Indonesia, including Bengkalis district, Riau province. In the context of dealing with Covid-19, the government has made a mandatory vaccine program for the community. Likewise in Bengkalis district, the Bengkalis district government recommends that all people be vaccinated with the aim of breaking the chain of spread of Covid-19 and also encouraging the community to continue to comply with health protocols. The method used for this research is to use a qualitative approach to the normative research type to obtain descriptive data. The aim of this research is to determine the communication of the Covid-19 vaccination policy in Bengkalis district. The data collection technique used is literature study. The results of this research are that communication of government policy regarding Covid-19 vaccination in Bengkalis district is influenced by 3 factors, namely transmission of the legal basis for vaccination, clarity, namely the clarity of the vaccination program, and consistency, namely the implementation of the vaccine in Bengkalis district.
