<p align="justify">The Maternal Mortality Rate serves as a gauge of maternal health quality and can also assess the level of public health, due to its sensitivity to improvements in healthcare services, both in terms of accessibility and quality. Research to find out the determinants, efforts and obstacles to preventing maternal death by midwives in Sleman Regency in 2023. This research method uses mixed methods with a sequential explanatory approach. Quantitative analysis used Chi Square bivariate analysis. The results of the study found that the factors related to the prevention of maternal death by midwives in Sleman Regency were length of work and competence. An overview of efforts to prevent maternal death by midwives in Sleman Regency, namely by carrying out ANC, keeping records, making referrals when needed, providing KIE and participating in training to upgrade knowledge, competencies and skills supported by regulations related to pregnant women's health and an innovation program called "Totality of Besti”. This research can be utilized to enhance maternal health services in Sleman Regency by improving and updating the experiences and competencies of midwives through regular training. <p>A sero survey was conducted to see the total population in Indonesia who already have antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The sero survey method uses a blood test to check the body's antibodies to the virus. The type of research used is qualitative research with <em>in-depth interview techniques </em>and also field observations. The sero survey conducted in the Medan City Region was in 10 Sub-Districts and 4 Community Health Centers with a sample target for the entire Medan City area of 205 samples. <p>Health is a long-term investment that is indispensable in supporting the success of Indonesian development. WHO has committed to developing a health system that can ensure everyone gets the health services they need without worrying about being constrained by costs, this health is known as Universal Health Coverage. One of the obligations of JKN participants was to pay monthly fees, Ability to pay and Willingness to pay greatly affected people's interest in paying monthly fees. As many as 83% of Indonesia's population had become participants of JKN, but the high number of JKN participants was not accompanied by the active participation of the participants in paying monthly fees. The number of visits to the Koni Primary Health Care had decreased over the past 3 years and based on the initial survey it was found that many JKN-KIS participants were in arrears to pay monthly fees. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of the willingness to pay dues (WTP) for independent JKN participants at the Koni Primary Health Care in Jambi City. This research was quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The samples were taken by purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 105 participants. The results showed that the variables associated with the willingness to pay contributions (WTP) were education level (p = 0.009), income level (p = 0.023) and ability to pay (ATP) (p = 0.038). Meanwhile, the unrelated variables were age (p = 0.110 and p = 1,000) and gender (p = 0.550). There was a relationship between education level and WTP. There was a relationship between the level of income and the willingness to pay, and there was a relationship between the ability to pay (ATP) and the willingness to pay for independent JKN participants. There was no relationship between age and willingness to pay, and there was no relationship between gender and willingness to pay independent JKN contributions.</p>Dwi NoerdjoediantoAdila SolidaArnild Augina Mekarisce

<p>The provision of hygienic and healthy food is the basic principle hospital food services are provided for patients who are very vulnerable to transmission of pathogenic germs. This analysis aims to illustrate the knowledge and attitudes of food handlers’ hygiene and sanitation at the Nutrition Installation of RSUD DR. Pirngadi Medan. This study used a cross-sectional approach to 20 food handlers on the morning shift at the nutrition installation at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan. The result showed that the knowledge of food handlers at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Medan is included in the good category 75% and 85% bad category hygiene behavior.
