Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Pegawai Terhadap Efektivitas Pelayanan Publik Pada Kantor Camat Kecamatan Bubon Kabupaten Aceh Barat

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of employee discipline on the effectiveness of public services at the District Head Office of Bubon, West Aceh Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with an causal associative method . The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire technique with scale measurements using a Likert Scala. The research instrument test used validity and realibility tests. Then the data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation, correlation coefficient and hypothesis testing using IBM Statistical Package for Social Science. The result of research conducted on 50 respondents at the Head Office of Bubon District, West Aceh Regency showed that there is a significant influence between employee discipline on the effectiveness of public services shows a positive direction. Based on the summary of the table, it is found that the influence of discipline (X) on the effectiveness of public services (Y) is 0.406 or 40.6% categorized as “quite influential”. Where the value of 40.6% shows the effect of the discipline variable (X) on the effectiveness of public service variables (Y) of 40.6%, while the rest  is influenced by other factors.
