Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Tentang Santunan Kematian Di Aceh Selatan

Abstract

The policy of providing death compensation in South Aceh is one of the policies implemented to help the poor and underprivileged groups in South Aceh to avoid social risks due to funding for death celebrations. Since 2019, this policy has been fully managed by the Regional Secretary for the Welfare Division. This study aims to describe the implementation of the South Aceh Regency Regional Regulation on death compensation from 2019 to 2021, as well as describe the inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research method is a qualitative method with in-depth interviews and library research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of this policy is not smooth. There are two factors that hinder the implementation of the policy, namely: internal factors and external factors.
