Program Psikoedukasi Pengenalan Ragam Profesi pada Anak Pekerja Migran Indonesia di Sentul, Malaysia
Abstract
Anak-anak pekerja migran menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam hidupnya termasuk keterbatasan akses layanan kesehatan dan pendidikan formal. Pemerintah telah berupaya dalam pemenuhan hak anak terhadap pendidikan, namun tingkat literasi anak pekerja migran cukup rendah, termasuk literasi karier. Program psikoedukasi ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi karier anak pekerja migran Indonesia di Malaysia melalui pengenalan keberagaman profesi. Program dilaksanakan selama lima sesi, mencakup kegiatan ceramah, diskusi, role play, dan praktik kewirausahaan, dengan menggunakan modul dan media pohon cita-cita. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang profesi konvensional dan kekinian, serta keterampilan dasar untuk perencanaan karier. Secara psikologis, kegiatan refleksi memperkuat kesadaran diri dan motivasi peserta untuk mengeksplorasi pilihan karier. Secara sosial, diskusi kelompok dan role play memperkuat keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi peserta. Visualisasi aspirasi melalui pohon cita-cita memberikan rasa kepemilikan terhadap tujuan mereka. Meskipun demikian, evaluasi menunjukkan perlunya perencanaan karier yang lebih komprehensif dan peningkatan keterlibatan peserta dalam sesi kewirausahaan. Dengan pendekatan holistik, program ini membuka peluang implementasi serupa untuk mendukung hak pendidikan anak pekerja migran, membantu mereka meraih potensi secara optimal, dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan masyarakat.
