Plagiarism Policies

urnal Bisnis dan Kajian Strategi Manajemen is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, originality, and publication ethics. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original works that have not been published previously and are not currently under consideration for publication in any other journal or publication.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening using appropriate plagiarism detection software before proceeding to the peer-review process. The screening process aims to identify similarities with previously published articles, books, conference proceedings, online sources, and other academic works.

Authors are required to properly acknowledge and cite all sources used in their manuscripts, including direct quotations, paraphrased ideas, data, figures, tables, and other materials originating from the work of others. Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, and other forms of publication misconduct are strictly prohibited.

Manuscripts identified as containing plagiarism or significant unacknowledged similarities may be rejected at the initial screening stage or at any subsequent stage of the editorial and publication process. If plagiarism or other forms of publication misconduct are discovered after publication, the journal reserves the right to take appropriate corrective action in accordance with established publication ethics, including issuing a correction, an expression of concern, or retracting the published article when warranted.

The editorial team evaluates similarity reports carefully, considering the nature of the overlap, the quality of attribution, and the context in which similar text appears. A similarity score alone does not automatically establish plagiarism. The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief or the authorized editorial team, taking into account the journal's publication ethics standards.

By submitting a manuscript to Jurnal Bisnis dan Kajian Strategi Manajemen, authors confirm that their work complies with the journal's originality requirements and ethical publication standards.
