KEUSAHAWANAN MAMPAN MELALUI PROSES PEMERKASAAN SOSIOEKONOMI DALAM KALANGAN USAHAWAN BIMBINGAN PROGRAM 2 YEARS EXIT PROGRAMME YANG BERJAYA DI NEGERI SEMBILAN, MALAYSIA

Abstract


Salah satu cara membasmi kemiskinan adalah melalui pelaksanaan program pemerkasaan keusahawanan. Sehubungan itu, pelbagai inisiatif pemerkasaan keusahawanan dijalankan oleh kerajaan dan pihak swasta bagi memperkasakan sosioekonomi golongan miskin dan terpinggir. Namun begitu, secara keseluruhan, peratusan kadar ketahanan (survival rate) usahawan Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana adalah di tahap rendah. Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Malaysia (JKMM) turut membantu membangunkan taraf hidup penerima bantuan yang produktif melalui Program pemerkasaan sosioekonomi, Program 2 Years Exit Programme (2YEP).  Oleh itu, tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk meneroka bagaimana usahawan bimbingan Program 2YEP mencapai kemampanan jangka panjang.  Melalui kaedah temu bual mendalam, pemerhatian tidak turut serta, analisis dokumen dan analisis tema yang dilakukan, kajian mendapati terdapat empat tema utama yang menjawab persoalan kajian iaitu Sistem Pengurusan Cekap; Cara Hidup Mapan; Keperibadian Keusahawanan; dan Menggunakan Modal Sosial.  Berdasarkan penemuan ini, kajian menyarankan untuk kajian yang akan datang dijalankan melalui kaedah dan teori yang berbeza serta membuat perbandingan dengan program pembangunan keusahawanan yang lain.  Selain itu, adalah dicadangkan penyedia program-program pendidikan komuniti dan pembangunan keusahawanan seperti JKM, agensi pembiayaan, kerajaan negeri dan institusi kerohanian meneruskan hubungan pemantauan berterusan secara berkala dalam mengekalkan dan memantapkan pemerkasaan usahawan bimbingan ke arah mencapai kemampanan jangka panjang.
