Peran Ganda Perempuan Muslimah Dalam Perspektif Struktural Fungsional
Abstract
The dual role of Muslim women in functional structural construction has its own supporting theory. It may sound classic, but this perspective is quite supportive of the construction of women and the phenomena occurring in today's society. Women who work in Islamic conceptions are considered to support the construction of the family in an adaptive and integrative function. Self-control in working women in demanding their right to be the boss in the household is governed by religious values, so that women are willing to be number two while men remain the head of the family. This study describes the data descriptively using a qualitative approach, accompanied by several references to sharpen the analysis of the writing. The results of this study indicate that Muslim women who work are more cooperative in carrying out their roles in the household as feminine human beings, demonstrating their expressive character, while men are more masculine with a tendency towards instrumental roles. Women with more expressive characters, supported by the Islamic religious value system that teaches women to be followers of men in the family, tend to care for their families with sincerity and responsibility.
