Self-esteem is one resource that can help maintain mental health. Adequate self-esteem can have a positive impact on life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-esteem and anxiety Levels in preclinical medical students of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Bengkulu. This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The study sample consisted of 84 preclinical medical students from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Bengkulu University. The data used were primary data collected using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale questionnaire to measure self-esteem and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale to measure anxiety levels.
